Most products sold on Etherbit.in come with original manufacturer's warranty. If you want to claim a warranty, please visit our Warranty claim policy.
All sales are final. No refund will be issued and no return will be accepted, except;
Damages
If you have received a product with visible physical damage, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of delivery at support@etherbit.in. To process your request, please provide clear images of the original packaging and a video proof of unboxing the package showing the visible physical damage. Damage requests that do not include the requested proofs or are raised after this period will not be accepted. This policy applies strictly to physical damage visible at the time of unboxing and does not cover internal, functional, or latent defects.
Once we receive a valid request, please allow us up to 7 working days to take it up with the delivery partner responsible for delivering your package for further investigation.
We reserve the right to reject any claims deemed fraudulent or inconsistent with this policy.
